The assays of biodegradation will be made using bacterial strains present in the collection of the Italian National Antarctic Museum Antarctic bacteria (CIBAN-MNA), maintained at the Dep. of Biological and Environmental Sciences of University of Messina under supervision of Prof. Emilio De Domenico.
